Bereavement Support Groups

Working in collaboration and with the support of A L & G Abbott Funeral Directors I am able to offer FREE OF CHARGE bereavement support groups in Bedford. The two support groups meet fortnightly for 6 sessions on a termly basis.

Forget Me Knot

This group is an "OPEN" group meaning anyone can join throughout it's duration, there is no need to register, it is a drop-in facility. The group is held on Monday afternoons at The Church of Transfiguration, Kempston, Bedford.

Connected in Grief

This is a "CLOSED" group meaning that you will be with the same people throughout the 6 sessions, pre-registration is necessary. The group meets in my counselling office at Latrobe Cottage, St Cuthbert's Street, Bedford which creates a safe space to help those who are struggling with their grief to process their feelings along with other supportive participants.
